Staff Teaching Mobility

For staff teaching exchanges, an ‘inter-institutional agreement’ has to be signed between the sending and the receiving institutions before the exchanges commence.

Please check here the partner Institutions from the Programme Countries Erasmus+. Before the mobility commences, the final teaching mobility agreement shall be formally agreed upon by the participants, that is, the sending institution and the receiving institution.

Duration of a teaching mobility:

From 2 days to 2 months, excluding travel time.

During the mobility between the Programme Countries Erasmus+, 2 days minimum must be consecutive. In all cases, a teaching activity should consist of a minimum of 8 hours of teaching a week (or any shorter period of stay).

If the mobility lasts longer than one week, the minimum number of teaching hours for an incomplete week should be proportional to the duration of that week.

Staff Training Mobility

If you wish to carry out staff training at the University of the Aegean, please contact Erasmus+ Office at erasmus@aegean.gr by sending the programme you wish to organize.

Before the mobility commences, the final training mobility agreement should be formally agreed by the participants, the sending institution/enterprise and the receiving institution.
